Affiliate disclosure
Kindling is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy or sign up, the vendor may pay Cinderway Interactive a commission. You don’t pay more.
How you can tell
- Affiliate links are marked with ↗ and carry
rel="sponsored nofollow". - Every article shows a commission disclosure before its first affiliate link.
- Links to sources and citations are ordinary links and never earn money.
Current status
As of 26 October 2026 Kindling has no active affiliate accounts. Links marked ↗ currently point to the vendor’s normal page and earn nothing. They are labelled now so the disclosure is in place before any program approves the site.
What commissions don’t change
A vendor paying a commission, or paying more than a rival, doesn’t move it up a comparison. We recommend tools that don’t pay us when they fit better, and we say when a free plan is enough. Vendors don’t review or approve articles.
